Call or text during business hours and a technician or scheduler picks up. We do not run an automated phone tree or a call queue — if you reach voicemail it means we are on a job, and we return missed calls within the hour during business hours.
For gas appliance emergencies — a leak you can smell rather than a repair concern — call your gas provider directly. CenterPoint Energy’s gas emergency line is 713-659-2111 and is staffed 24 hours. We handle the repair after the gas is made safe; we do not perform emergency gas shutoffs.
What to have ready before you call
The appliance brand and model number (usually on a label inside the door or behind a kick plate). A short description of the symptom — what the machine is doing or not doing. Whether the appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, since warranty repairs go through the brand’s own service network.
Having the model number lets us look up your platform before the visit and stage the most likely parts on the van, which reduces the chance of a return visit for a part that wasn’t on the truck.
