We stand behind every repair we perform. This policy explains what is covered, how to request a warranty service, and when a refund applies.
1. Parts and Labor Warranty
All completed repairs are warranted for twelve months from the date of service. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we will return to diagnose and correct it at no charge for parts or labor.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers the specific component replaced or repaired and the labor performed in connection with that repair. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse or external events, or normal wear on components that were not part of the repair.
3. How to Request Warranty Service
Contact us by phone or through our website within the twelve-month warranty period. Describe the symptom and reference the original service date. We will schedule a return visit and confirm the appointment within one business day.
4. Service Call Fee
The service call fee is charged to all appointments and covers the technician’s travel and diagnostic time. This fee is applied toward the repair cost if you proceed. If you decline the repair after receiving the quote, the service call fee is not refundable — the technician’s time and travel have already been used.
5. Repair Refunds
If a repair fails within the twelve-month warranty period due to a defective part or workmanship error and we are unable to correct it, we will refund the cost of that repair. Refund requests outside the warranty period or for issues unrelated to the original repair are not eligible.
6. Parts
We use OEM manufacturer parts wherever available. Parts that are sourced and installed are covered by the parts manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own labor warranty. In the rare case a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no charge.
7. Contact
To request warranty service or ask about a charge, contact us by phone or through the contact form on our website. We aim to respond to all written inquiries within one business day.
