1. Services
Appliance Cowboys provides residential appliance repair services in the Greater Houston, Texas area. Service is subject to technician availability, parts availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All repair quotes are provided in writing before work begins. The quoted price is the price you pay. Additional charges apply only if you approve additional work after the initial quote. The service call fee is charged regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
3. Warranty
Completed repairs are warranted for twelve months on parts and labor, subject to the terms of our Refund and Warranty Policy. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated failures.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of a service call is limited to the amount you paid for that service call. We are not liable for consequential damages, including food spoilage or loss of use, except as required by applicable Texas law.
